1. Absolute Right of Refusal Wildmind Agency reserves the unconditional right to reject any audit request, decline service to any individual or business, and withdraw this free offer at any time, for any reason, without explanation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Restricted Industries & Entities We strictly do not provide audits for accounts associated with:Illegal, immoral, or restricted sectors (including, but not limited to, gambling and adult content). Political campaigns, entities, or affiliations.Individuals or businesses we have previously been in contact or contracted with. Any operations involving deceptive, unethical, or "shady" business practices.

‍3. Strict Scope of Service This audit is exclusively limited to the analysis of the designated PPC account. The scope explicitly does not include: Creative suggestions, ad copy generation, or asset reviews. Deep-dive marketing strategies or cross-channel funnel analysis. Any consulting or deliverables outside the direct parameters of the PPC account data.

‍4. Delivery of Audit Results Audit findings and recommendations will be delivered at our discretion. Formats may include email, a recorded video breakdown, a live video call, or another medium deemed suitable by Wildmind Agency.

‍5. Zero Liability & Accountability All audit insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Wildmind Agency assumes zero accountability or liability for the implementation of these recommendations. Any account modifications executed based on this audit are done entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee performance improvements, ROI, or ROAS.
