Privacy policy
Who is responsible
Dor Rosenthal, operating as WILDMIND, Israel, is responsible for personal information collected through wildmind.agency. Privacy questions and requests: dor@wildmind.agency.
Information you choose to provide
Inquiry and registration forms collect the information shown next to their fields, such as your name, email, business, phone number and message. Some forms also ask about business goals and marketing budget to assess the requested service. Required fields are marked; information is provided voluntarily, without a legal duty. Without the required contact and inquiry details, we cannot process the request. Please do not submit passwords, card details or sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to review your request, contact you about it, prepare a proposal and manage an engagement you request. We also use information for security, administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Inquiry consent does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. A separately selected WhatsApp confirmation option applies only to the confirmation described beside it.
Providers and recipients
Form submissions may be processed by Webflow, Google Workspace, Make and providers of hosting, communications, inquiry management and automation, including AI providers used to assist inquiry handling. Access is for the relevant processing purpose. Advertising and measurement providers receive technical and event data when optional tracking is enabled, as described below.
Cookies, measurement and advertising
The measurement stack includes Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, OpenAI advertising measurement, and Stape server-side infrastructure. Data can include IP address, browser/device information, page and interaction events, ad click identifiers, event identifiers and attribution information. Server-side routing remains processing of personal information; it does not replace consent or make data anonymous.
Your tracking choice
This release preserves the configured measurement and advertising setup; it does not add an on-site tracking-consent panel. Accessibility display preferences do not grant analytics or advertising consent. Browser privacy controls can limit or delete cookies, but may affect some functions and do not automatically delete information already sent. For privacy questions or requests, contact dor@wildmind.agency. Embedded third-party services may apply their own settings and policies. See the cookie policy.
Transfers outside Israel
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be stored or processed outside Israel. Contractual arrangements and any required transfer safeguards must follow the law applicable to the processing. This notice does not claim that every provider or transfer has received a certification.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept for the relevant business purpose and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes an engagement, the record type and legal requirements. We avoid promising one universal period. Requests about retention or deletion can be sent to the address above. We take measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security.
Access, correction and other requests
Under applicable Israeli law you may request access to personal information held about you and correction of inaccurate information. Contact dor@wildmind.agency. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including objection, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. You can contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or an applicable supervisory authority.
International privacy laws
Israeli privacy law, including the Protection of Privacy Law and Amendment 13, is the primary local framework. GDPR may apply to relevant processing involving people in the EEA, including qualifying targeting or monitoring; availability of an English website alone does not settle its application. CCPA/CPRA applicability depends on doing business in California and the statutory business criteria. We do not claim blanket certification or make you waive mandatory rights.
Clients, external links and updates
Client-owned websites and ad accounts may have their own controllers, notices and instructions. External links lead to third parties with their own practices. This policy describes WILDMIND’s website and inquiry handling. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date.
