Inquiries and service agreements
Submitting a form requests contact; it does not create a paid engagement or guarantee acceptance. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment dates, cancellation and any refunds for a paid service must be set out in the applicable written proposal or agreement and remain subject to mandatory law. There is no checkout or card-payment facility on this website.
Free audit
The free PPC audit has separate audit terms. They apply to that specific offer; they are not a general refund policy for paid work.

Case studies and examples describe particular work and circumstances. They do not guarantee future results for another business. Illustrative or simulated material should be identified as such.
